Care Champions on our team — the people who make the mission possible
Of opening doors with families since 1969
We know that finding the right supports for the person you love can feel overwhelming. Our intake team will walk with you every step of the way — and most families are connected with a service coordinator within a week of reaching out.
Share a few details about their needs, age, and what you're hoping to find. There are no wrong answers — and nothing is binding.
A real person will call you within two business days to listen, answer questions, and help map out your options.
We'll arrange a tour at the day program, residential home, or community setting that fits — and bring along anyone you want with you.
We coordinate with the state, schools, hospitals, or other partners to finalize funding and a person-centered plan for getting started.
Our team is the heart of everything we do. Care Champions earn competitive pay, full benefits, tuition reimbursement, and the kind of work that actually matters at the end of the day.
People served, their families, and the staff who walk beside them — in their own words.
Our biggest day of the year. Walk with us, run with us, or sponsor a Care Champion team — every step funds programs for adults with disabilities across the Merrimack Valley.
